SOTU Season 3 in January

Might we be getting the 3rd season of State of the Union in January rather than March or April? The State of Tracey blog is reporting that season 3 will kick off on January 25 (that happens to be a Monday). I hope there is a confirmation of this report, for I'd certainly welcome the earlier start to the season.
